As a psychotherapist and counselor since 1993, Dr. Lamb has worked in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, Post-traumatic stress disorder and personality disorders. Her training in EMDR (breakthrough treatment for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and CISD (Critical Incident Stress Debriefing) were foundational to her extensive experience working with law enforcement and public safety personnel.
