Patient Service Representative

Hendricks Therapy is an out-patient mental health office in Danville, Plainfield, and Downtown Indianapolis, IN seeking one or more full-time Patient Service Representative(s) at our Danville and Plainfield offices.

Job Details

  • Cross trained among all front office positions
  • Full-time: 4-5 days a week with 1 evening shift per week (max ~7pm)
  • Fully electronic scheduling and charting
  • Communicate with patients across multiple mediums for:
    • Scheduling
    • Relaying messages to/from clinicians re: medications, treatment, side effects, etc.
    • Information Collection and Management within vitals, medications and labs.
