Billing and Insurance
Payment of fees is an important part of our work together. It is your responsibility to maintain accurate phone and mailing contact information with our office.
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered, unless prior arrangements have been made. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, and major credit cards for payment. Should you have a balance due, a monthly account statement will be sent to you.
If you have a health insurance plan, your insurance company may reimburse your visits. It is your responsibility to obtain insurance pre-authorization for all office visits.
Our office will file most insurance claims for you and deductibles, co-pays, or co-insurance will be collected when services are rendered. Please note for insurance purposes only, Hendricks Therapy formerly operated as Hendricks County Psychotherapy.
Many of our therapists are contracted, in-network providers with the insurance carriers listed below (this may not be a complete list). Not all providers may be in all networks listed.

Exceptions
There are certain cases where your employer has created a unique plan with your insurance carrier or administrator where our practitioner’s services are not covered. To determine your coverage, you may either go through the carrier’s website, a mental/behavioral health benefits number or a customer service phone number. This contact information is usually listed on your insurance card.
