At Hendricks Therapy, we believe our services can help individuals navigate through life disruptions to restore emotional balance and achieve personal growth. We provide therapy, counseling and treatment to adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families.
Scheduling Appointments
We are located in
Danville, Indiana, just west of Indianapolis; Plainfield, Indiana inside the Hendricks Regional Health office building; and
Downtown Indianapolis, Indiana, near Mass Ave.
Hendricks Therapy provides a safe and relaxed environment in which you can receive psychiatric medication management and individual, couple, family or child counseling in complete confidence.
Routine office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., though many therapists see patients after hours and on weekends.
Services are by appointment only.

Appointment Cancellation
If an appointment needs to be cancelled, we appreciate as much notice as possible and request a minimum notice of 24 hours. This courtesy on your part allows us time to schedule another patient in need. Cancellation fees will be applied for missed appointments. Missed Appointments Policy
We look forward to meeting you at your reserved time. If you miss an appointment without notice, this means that another person is not able to use that appointment time.
Unless there are circumstances your therapist and you would define as an emergency, it is our policy to charge a fee when it is not cancelled 24 hours in advance. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may make it impossible for us to continue serving you as a patient.
Our office reserves the right to enforce one or more of the following options:
- You will be charged $65.00 for the missed appointment
(please note that this service charge will not be covered by your insurance)
- Discretionary termination from our practice
